Student Safety & Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
Our commitment
Entrevamp works with students, many of whom are minors. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment and to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. This policy describes our general practices.
Program safety
Our in-person and virtual programs are conducted with appropriate adult oversight, in coordination with partner organizations, schools, or parents and guardians as applicable. Program communications regarding minors are generally directed to parents, guardians, or partner organizations. We expect all team members to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in every interaction with students.
Information we collect
We do not require students to provide their personal contact information. For minors, contact information needed for registration and program communication is requested from parents or guardians. We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to deliver our programs.
How we use and share information
We use personal information to administer our programs and to communicate with participants, families, and partners. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate, such as email, video-conferencing, and file-storage services, and with partner organizations as needed to deliver a program. We may also disclose information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a student or others.
Protecting information
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold and to limit access to it. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for our programs or as required by law.
Photos and media
We take and share photos and videos of program activities with the appropriate media consent from parents or guardians and, where applicable, partner organizations. Where appropriate, we take additional steps to protect participants' privacy in published images. To request removal of a photo or video from our website or social media channels, please contact us. We will remove content within our control; copies shared or stored by others may be outside our control.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have received such information without consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us.
